I wonder if a hundred years from now, someone would find interest in this painting? Will the sunrise still seem magnificent to people then? If not, we will have become something other than what we are now... and all artists who love the natural world will be insignificant. History indicates, however, that just as in ancient Egypt through now... humans will be moved by this event.
Someone might say, "you're painting a worn cliche..." if so... you know, I really enjoyed it!
